5.4 Secretariat

The secretariat is generated by the strategic decision-making committee and is responsible for the daily operation and management of the foundation, the work coordination of various subordinate committees, and presides over the meeting of the decision-making committee.

Secretary-General is the highest person in charge of the administrative affairs of the Bayesian Foundation. He provides unified guidance and coordination for the foundation's daily operations, technology development, community maintenance, and public relations, and connects each business unit with the functional committees at the governance structure level. . The Secretary-General will report to the decision-making committee on a regular basis.
